In case of no connection with the sensor:

Take the following steps if no connection is made to the sensor.

  1. Check if the sensor is properly fastened on the crank;
  2. Try a second time;
  3. Restart the system;
  4. Go to Menu -> BLE Settings Deselect and Select the sensor again. Wait until the battery percentage  is filled. Replace the battery in case less then 15%;
  5. Check battery percentage in BLE settings. Reset the sensor (remove the battery). Replace the battery in case below 15%
  6. Restart computer (off – on)
