In case of no connection with the sensor:
Take the following steps if no connection is made to the sensor.
- Check if the sensor is properly fastened on the crank;
- Try a second time;
- Restart the system;
- Go to Menu -> BLE Settings Deselect and Select the sensor again. Wait until the battery percentage is filled. Replace the battery in case less then 15%;
- Check battery percentage in BLE settings. Reset the sensor (remove the battery). Replace the battery in case below 15%
- Restart computer (off – on)
